In this paper, we consider that ultrafilers and ultraproximities are closely related, and use this relationship to derive several result in the theory of proximity spaces, For instance, every separated proximity space is proximally is omorphic to a space with the subspace proximity induced by the proximiyt, and the proximallly isomorphic is dense in the space.
