摘要
纸张水份是表征纸张质量的重要参数,对其进行精确的在线测量和控制具有重要意义。本项目研制的水份传感器,采用红外多次散射反射及双光路分光同时测量、音叉调制等技术,使该传感器具有很好的稳定性和再现性,经一年的现场运行,对定量10~200g/m2水份小于25%的纸张,其测量误差优于±0.5%。
Paper moisture is valuable for controlling paper quality, measuring it on line is very important. In this paper, a kind of new infrared sensor of detecting paper moisture is presented, and the techniqe of infrared mult-refilective and scatter, a split-beam dual wavelength optical system and turing fork arc used. After running more than one year on line, error-detecting is less ±0.5% for moisture of 10  ̄ 200g/m2 paper<25%.
