电力系统关口电能计量结果评估和考核的初探

Primary Discussion on Evaluation and Examination of Closed Coulometric Measurement in Electric Power System

提出用关口电能计量点群电量总不确定度作为评估和考核电力系统电能计量结果的依据，并对其进行分析、论证和探讨。同时还采用研制“高压计量用互感器在线核查标准”，并提出直接测得和计算出电能计量装置计量结果的“动态电量总不确定度”的建议。

It is propounded to base point-groups of closed electric energy measure-ment upon evaluation and examination of electric energy measurement in electric power system,it is analyzed,argued and discussed. In the meanwhile the 'On -line check standard of development of HV- measurement mutual inductor is used, the suggestion of the dynamic coulometric total uncertainly'of directly measured and calculated results is raised.
