第二、三趾末节复合瓣移植的应用解剖

在４０例足标本上对第二、第三趾末节的血管神经进行了观测。趾两侧有背胫、腓侧和跖胫、腓侧的血管、神经分布，而且跖胫、腓侧的动脉神经较背胫、腓侧的动脉神经粗大。第二趾胫侧趾底固有动脉、趾底国有神经外径分别为０．８±０．２ｍｍ、１．１±０．２ｍｍ，腓侧分别为０．７±０．１ｍｍ，０．９±０．２ｍｍ。第三趾胫侧趾底固有动脉、趾底固有神经外径分别为０．７±０．１ｍｍ、０．９±０．１ｍｍ，腓侧分别为０．５±０．１ｍｍ、０．７±０．２ｍｍ。依据观测结果，本文认为趾底固有动脉、神经可作为趾末节移植的首选的血管神经蒂。

he arteries and nerves supplying the 2nd and 3rd toes were studied in 40 adult foot specimens.The result showed as follwing:The 2nd and 3rd toes were supplied both in dorsal and plantar of the toes by the tibial and fibular arteries and nerves.The external diameter of the artery and nerve in plantar of the toe was larger than that in dorsal.The external diameter of the digitales plantar proper artery,nerve and dorsal nain was respectively 0.8±0.2mm、1.1±0.2mm in the tibial side and 0.7±0.1mm、0.9±0.2mm in fibular side on 2nd toe,and 0.7±0.1mm、0.9±0.1mm and 0.5±0.1mm、0.7±0.2mm on 3rd toe.According to the result,the writer consided that the plantar artery and nerve both in tibial and fibular sides could be selected firstly in the process of the toe transplanting.
