摘要 选用5个水稻品种,按Griffing方法2进行杂交设计,以其F2代为材料分析穗型构成性状的遗传特性,结果表明.水稻穗型构成性状主要是由基因的加性效应决定的;无论是某一性状的不同品种间,还是同一品种的不同性状的一般配合力相对效应值都不同,穗型构成性状的一般配合力效应值与亲本表现呈显著的正向相关;穗型构成性状的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力都很高,遗传变异系数也大,预期遗传进度很高,在一定选择压力下,通过选择穗长、一、二次枝梗数、穗粒数、穗粒重等性状,改良水稻穗粒结构是完全可能的。 in the Griffing 2 diallel which included 5 rice Varieties.F2 Were used in analyze the genetic characters uf panicle structure.The studies shuwed following points,Rice panicle structure characters were mairlly determied by addictive effects of gene.The G.C.A.effeets were different among Characters and Varieties.There were signifficant positive Currelation between the G.C.A.effect and phenutypic performance of parents.The broad and narrow heritabilities of characters about panicle type were both high,so Were the Coefficients of genetic variation and expected genetic advances.It s possible the improvement of the panicle structure by selection in panicle length.number of primary and secondary branch.spikelet number and grain weight per panicle etc.
