小儿中枢神经系统疾病脑脊液中肌酸激酶脑型同功酶活性检测及其意义

A Study on Creatine Kinase-BB Isoenzyme of Cerebrospinal Fluid in Children with Central Nervous System Diseases

对５６例不同病因引起中枢神经系统疾病患儿脑脊液中肌酸激酶脑型同功酶（ＣＳＦ－ＣＫ－ＢＢ）活性进行了检测，发现脑外伤患儿ＣＳＦ－ＣＫ－ＢＢ活性检测结果与文献报导相似．同时发现此酶作为化脓性脑膜炎，结核性脑膜炎的早期诊断依据及判断疗效和预测其预后的指标，还可作为肿瘤累及脑组织范围及脑实质损伤程度一项参考指标．

Activity of creatine kinase-BB isoenzyme of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF-CK-BB)was studied in 56 children pateints with central nervous system diseases in our department from 1988 to 1994.The results showed that CSF-CK-BB in the patients with head injury increased just as that in the previous reports,but the same changes were also noted the in patients with purulent or tuberculous meningitis,CSF-CK-BB may be used to make the early diagnosis,foresee the prognosis and evaluate the cure effect in the two meningitises and also evaluate the damage extension and degree of brain tissue involved by brain tumor in children.
