摘要
１９９４年１月～１９９４年６月，从６２１名住院病人中用双盲法随机抽取２６例良性肿瘤和６３例恶性肿瘤，进行血清铁蛋白（ＳＦ）的测定，７３例健康献血员的ＳＦ作为对照组．结果显示，正常对照组、良性肿瘤、恶性肿瘤，ＳＦ均值分别为２９．５μｇ／Ｌ、１０３．２μｇ／Ｌ、１３５．５μｇ／Ｌ．良、恶性肿瘤相比较，Ｐ＞０．０５，两者与对照组相比较，Ｐ＜０．０１．进一步分析良、恶性肿瘤手术前后的ＳＦ，发现术后的ＳＦ值均高于术前．
From January 1994 to June 1994,26 cases of benign tumor and 63 cases of malignant were selected randomily from 621 patients with neoplasms.Serum Ferritin(SF)was determined in these patients and a control group.The mean SF values in the control group,benign and malignant groups were 29.5 μg/L,103.2 μg/L and 135.5μg/L respectively.The SF in benigm and malignant groups were higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),but no statistical differences were found between those two groups.Furthermore,We compared the SF of preoperation and postoperation in benign and malignant tumors.SF of postoperation is significant higher than that of preoperation in both groups.
