摘要
将中日两国对中药煮提的方法进行了比较试验研究。在煎煮提取后,对单复方所含人参中的人参皂甙、黄连中的小蘖碱、槐米中的芦丁进行了定量分析。结果表明,我国传统的两煎法要优于日本汉方制剂提取的一煎法。
To compare the methods of chinese and Japanese on boiling and extracting of Chinese-Materia Medica and quantitatively analysing the ginseosides in Ginseng.Berberine in Rhizoma Coptidis and rutin in Flos sophorae Immaturus on extracted process of single prescription,the results showed that the Chinese traditional two -boiling method is superior to the one-boiling method of Japan.
