摘要
对雏鸡骨髓内红细胞发生的形态结构特点进行了光镜和电镜观察。原始红细胞和早幼红细胞表面有少量突起,核周隙较窄,核膜孔多。中幼红细胞内含有丰富的多聚核糖体和血红蛋白。晚幼红细胞和成熟红细胞核内染色质聚集成较大的块状。成熟红细胞内仍有少量的线粒体、核糖体。
In the present,the morphologic characts on erythropoiesis in the bone marroun has been observed by a microscopy and an electro microscope.There were more nuclear pores and several Surface Processes on the Procrythroblast and basophil erythroblast. Numerous polyribosome and hemoglobin occured in the cytoplasm of polychromatophil earthroblast . The chromatin in nuclear condense mass or lumps on the acidophil erythroblast and erythrocytc.Bcsidcs,the crythrocyte still had a few mitochondria,ribosomes.
