摘要
应用39.7245J/cm^2的He-Ne激光连续14d照射健康大鼠脊背正中线皮肤,并同时分别与亚剂量的免疫抑制剂环孢霉素(CsA)、硫唑嘌呤(Aza)配合,观察它们对大鼠T、B淋巴细胞数、淋巴细胞转化刺激指数(S.I)、106个淋巴细胞CPM数的影响,结果表明:大剂量激光和Aza及激光与二者配合均可使淋巴细胞转化刺激指数(S.I)在试验后4周内较试验前明显降低。
Healthy rats were irradiated by He Ne laser in the dose of 39.7245 J/cm2 on the midlinc of dorsal skin for 14 days continuously andthe medication of a immune inhibitor (CsA or Aza)at a lower dose wasapplied at the same time.The numbers of T-cell and B-cell,S.I and thenumber of CPM of 10~6 lymphocytes were monitored for 4 weeks after theabove stated treatment were applied,The results are as follows:Bothlaser irradiation and Aza can decrease the number of B -cell; S.I wassignificantly decreased in 4 weeks after the freatment of large doselaser irradiation,inedication of immune inhibitor(.Aza or CsA)or theircombination.
