半导体激光照射创面对犬细胞免疫机能的影响

摘要 用本地杂种犬12只分为两组,在背部两侧各造一边长为2cm的正方形皮肤全层缺损创。实验组左侧用激光照射,对照组不照射作为对照。结果表明:砷化镓激光照射刨面可显著提高犬外周血液小ANAE(酯酶)阳性淋巴细胞的数量(5天<0.01、9天<0.05),对淋巴细胞转化率有增高的趋势。 12 dogs were used in this study and they were divided into2 groups equally.In each dog,two 2 *** 2cm square wounds of fullthicknessskin deficit were createed on its dorsal skin of both sides. In the TestGroup,the wound on left side was irradiated by semiconductor laser.TheControl Group was not treated. The results were as follows; with the doseand the way adopted in this study, the numbers of ANAE+lymphocytes inperipheral blood were significantly increased on the day of 5th,9th ofirradiation(5th day P<0.01,9th day P<0.05).There was a tendency toincrease the percentage of transformed lymphocytes.
