摘要
本文针对期刊管理中“重存轻用”现象．探索期刊管理新方法，提高利用效率。
In view of the existing situation－to pay great attention to preservation and to paylittle attention to use, this paper explores some new ways of periodical management. Thepurpose is to improve utilization efficiency.
