10mA恒定直流电电解Kreb's液1min,引起兔脑基底动脉收缩,灌注压明显增高,脑基底动脉内皮松驰因子(EDRF)释放量明显减少,血管壁组织丙二醛含量升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性降低。扁果绞股蓝皂甙25、50、100μg·ml-1可浓度依赖性地抑制电解产生氧自由基诱发脑血管收缩作用,此外在100μg·ml-1时具有保护内皮细胞释放EDRF的作用,并抑制血管壁丙二醛的升高,保护SOD的活性。
The perfussion pressure and malonyldialdehyde(MDA)content of isolated rabbit basilar were increased significantly after electrolyzed Krebs perfusion solution,meanwhile release of endothelium derived relaxing factor(EDRF)and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in isolated rabbit artery decresed. Gymostemma compresum(CC) 25, 50,100μg·ml-1 pretreatment exhibited a concentration depentent decreased in constriction response of basilar artery caused by electrolysis free radicals. Results also showed that production of MDA was decreased,release of EDRF and activity of SOD increased by CC at 100 μg·ml-1.
