摘要
介绍了生产摩托车铝合金整体结构车轮时，用铁栅添加剂代替Al-Ti中间合金的生产试验结果。合金的力争性能稳定、符合要求，在强度值σb保持同等水平条件下，伸长率δ5提高20％～30％。
This paper introduces the testing result for using Ti-B additive instead of Al-Ti intermediate alloy when producing integral structure motorcycle wheel made of aluminium alloy.The mechanical Properties of alloy is steady and qualified. The extensibility δs increases by 20% to 30% as the strength value 6 b remains equivalent.
