摘要
本文分析偏离＝理论值－实验值获得最佳逼近，并从偏离的三种平均值及其相互比值、分布函数等五个方面来判别理论的优劣。
The formula, Deviation = Theoretical value-Experimental value, is analyzed and optimun approach data was obtained with it. Baed on the analyses of the deviations of three kinds of mean values, the relations between them and their corresponding distribution functions, the evaluation of the theory is made.
