摘要
目前我国机械工业企业车间主任岗位培训的内容,主要地任职前应掌握的管理知识。本文完成了在市场经济条件下,车间主任在任职后迅速提高任职能力的培训模式研究,提出了新的培训教学思想,突出了工业工程的内容和以研讨为主的培训方法。
At present, the main content for further corporate training of the Shopdirectors in Machinery industry in our country is the knowledge of management before they are assigned to work. This essay is specialized in the research on the training mode that is focused on the improvement of the working ability after a shopdirector' s assignment in the case of market economy. It puts forward some new ideas about corporate training and emphasizes more on industrial engineering and the new training methods with the research as the major.
