中国发展轿车是必要的,但要考虑现实。过早地宣传“轿车梦”利少弊多。二十世纪中国人继续增加,交通问题更严峻,世界石油资源越来越少,国内土地,尤其耕地面积紧张,粮食生产与工业占地矛盾突出,所有这些问题都要求我们认真对待,不能象美国人那样实行大量私人轿车交通方式。

It is necessory for china to develop car,but the reality must be considered. For china , too much population, poor oil resources, lack of farmland,etc, all these guestions must be seriously concerned, we cann' t copy America to develop personel car traffic. Therefore,excessively early publicizing personel car dream is disadvantageous for e-conomy develoment of china
