摘要
从经典的晶体范性形变的理论模型和面心立方闪锌矿结构晶体所具有的滑移特性出发,对跨锌镉晶体经特定化学试剂侵蚀后在(111)和(111)面上出现的不同形貌蚀坑的形成机理进行了探讨,提出了碲锌镉晶体中存在多系滑移,从而阐明了不同极性面上蚀坑的成因。
According to the dassical theory of plastic deformation of single crystal and slip characteristic of face centered cubic with zincblende structure crystal, the defonnahon mechanism of etch pits on opposite {111} surfaces with different polarity is studied. The explanation of multi-slip systems in CZT crystal is given based on the examination of the micro structural detail of the pits both on {111} and {111} surfaces.
