本文系统地评述了微道板技术的最新进展,包括玻璃表面结构的研究、增益衰减模型、微道板新的制造方法和各种高性能新器件的特性,重点是新器件的设计思想。
Microchannel Plate (MCP) technology is systematically reviewed. Its design principles are mainly discussed New progress made in this field covers investigations of secondary electron emitting layer, models of electron gain degradation, manufacturing methods and many newborn MCP devices.
