摘要
用常规平面旋转法镀制特凸锗浸没透镜增透膜，难以制备出有效增透面积大、均匀性好、牢固性强的膜层。在现有镀膜机上对制备工艺进行改进，获得了性能优良的增透膜。
The formation of uniform and durable anti reflective coatings on immersion Ge lens of small curvature radius is obtained through the improvement on the coating process.
