摘要
本文详细讨论了ＲＦＣＯ＿２激光器过热保护电路的技术要求和设计方法，并根据热敏电阻、温敏二极管、热敏集成电路和温度传感器等不同热敏器件，给出五种过热保护电路的实用电路原理简图。
In this work the technical requirement and design method of RF CO_2 laser overheat protection circuit is discussed in detail. Based on the need of Various thermosensitive devices,such as themlistor,thermosensitive diode,thermosensitive integrated circuit and temperature sensor,five practical circuit principle block diagrams of overheat protection circuit are giVen.
