摘要
用固态反应合成了(Y,Zn,Sr)3(P,VO4)2∶Dy3+荧光材料。经XRD测定属于单斜晶系,晶胞参数α=7.556A,b=8.510A,c=5.058A,β=95.32°。基质和Dy3+的发光效率以及(Y,Zn,Sr)3(PxV1-xO4)2∶Dy3+中Dy3+的发光强度和蓝黄比(B/Y)均与x有关,样品中B/Y比均大于1,在紫外光照射下发出近白光。
By Solid state reaction method.(Y,Zn,Sr)3(P, VO4)2:Dy3+ phosphor was prepared.Its crystal structure has been determined by XRD. The crystal belonged to monoclinic with cell Paramenters a=7.556A,b 8.510 A,c=5.058 A,β=95.32°he luminescence efficients of the matrix and Dy3+, the blue-to-yellow ratio of Dy3+ in(Y,Zn,Sr)3(PxV1-xO4)2:Dy3+were related to x,the B/Y>1 in these samples.Near white emission under U.V.irradiation were observed.
