This paper concerns relationships between prime ideals and completely prime ideals, with emphasis on connections to various radicals (prime radical,completely prime radical ).One classes of r-near-rings which are of particular interest is:the class of r-near-rings for which the prime radical coincides with the set of nilpotent elements.Properties of this classes are developed.
