ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES AND SUBSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT COUNTERMEASURES OF ECOLOGICAL ECONOMICS IN THE CENTRAL HILLY LAND OF HUBEI PROVINCE

分析鄂中丘陵的生态环境特征与资源开发过程中存在的生态环境问题，提出该区生态经济持续发展的对策．

Both the utilization of natural resources and the effective contral of ecological environment are the most important questions for the study in the central hilly land of Hubei Province.There is extensive wasteland in the mountains and hills that can be used for forestry,stock raising as well as wide farm land at valley plains and gantle slopes. But a lot of eco-environmental problems, such as the unfertilization and low quality of soil,the degeneration of forest and vegetation and soil erosion, etc.,have been raised because of the unrational untilization of resources.At last, the paper advances some countermeasures for the substainable development of ecological economics in the region.
