茶油烷醇酰胺的制备及其表面活性 被引量:2

摘要 茶油和甲醇反应生成茶油脂肪酸甲酯(收率90%以上),再和二乙醇胺反应得到茶油烷醇酰胺(收率85%).测定了它的表面张力、发泡力、润湿力、乳化力、钙皂分散力.结果表明:茶油烷醇酰胺具有良好的表面活性. Diethanolamide of tee-seed oil fatty acid was prepared from diethanolamine and methyl ester of tee-seed oil fatty acid, which was synthesized from tee-seed oil and methanol. Its surface tension、foaming capacity、wetting ability. emulsifying ability and lime soap dispersion ability were measured. The results showed that diethanolamide of teeseed oil fatty acid had good surface activity.
