纳米级二氧化锆超细粉末表面结构的表征 被引量:1

摘要 应用溶胶-凝胶法制备了钇稳定立方相二氧化锆超细粉.研究了其形态、比表面和表面微孔分布.结果表明:二氧化锆超细粉末呈球形或近似球形,表面存在大量孔径为40左右的微孔.粉末经500℃热处理后,其平均粒径为15.7nm,比表面积为64.04m2/g.随着热处理温度的升高,粉末比表面积明显减少,粒径增大,颗粒间进一步团聚. Yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ) ultrafine powders have been prepared by Sol-Gel method. The morphologies of powders, specific areas and micro-pore of surface have been studied by TEM and nitrogen adsorption method at liquid nitrogen temperature. The results show that ultrafine ZrO2 particles are spherical or approximate spherical, and its surface have a great deal of micro-pore whose diameters are around 40. The mean diameters of particles are 15. 7nm and specific areas are 64. 04 m2/g when the powders calcined at 500℃. The specific areas of YSZ powders become lower and the particle diameters become bigger as the firing temperature increase, indicating the aggregation among the particles.
