摘要
研究了N-对甲苯磺酰基乙二胺与1,2-二溴乙烷的亲核取代反应,实验中使用过量的二溴乙烷反应,各次实验的主要产物都为N,N’-2对甲苯磺酰胺乙基四氢吡嗪,其产率达74.6~82%,本文还对实验结果进行了反应历程热力学分析.
The nucleophilic substitution reaction of N-tosylethylenediamine with 1,2-dibromoethane has several products. The nucleopilic substitution reaction is discussed in the paper. In experiments, the main products are N, N'-ditosylamidoethyltetrahydropyrazine in all experiments, Its yield ranges from 74.6~82%. The experiment results are analyzed from reaction mechanism and and thermodynamics.
