摘要
根据文献〔1〕中提出的慢电子散射的等效势模型,本文采用Slater波函数来描述原子核外电子的形为,导出了入射电子与Kr、Xe和Rn原子之间较为简单的等效势。对慢电子与Kr、Xe和Rn的弹性散射总截面、动量转移截面和微分散射截面进行了计算。对e-Kr和e-Xe的散射,我们的计算结果与其他理论和实验数据符合的较好。对于e-Rn散射,我们发现也存在着Ramsauer-Townsend效应。研究表明,本方法特别适用于慢电子与复杂原子之间的散射。
Elastic scattering of electrons by Kr Xe and Rn atoms at low-energy range have been investigated using effective potential model. By using simple Slater wave function to describe the target atom, the static, polarization and exchange potential between the projectile electron and the target atom have been obtained. Employing partial wave method the elastic total, momentum transfer and differential cross sections have been calculated for Kr, Xe and Rn atoms. Our results are in good agreement with those of other elaborate theoretical calculations and experimental data for Kr and Xe. Our results are compared with those of other theoretical estimate for Rn and radon exhibits the Ramsuer-Townsend effect. Hence, the present work shows that our method can be well deal with the problem of low-energy electron scattering by aton\s, especially by complex atoms.
