摘要
采用三因素二次通用旋转组合设计方法,研究了土壤蔗糖酶活性与氮、磷、钾施用量之间的定量关系。结果表明,回归方程能较好地拟合二者的相关性;用土壤蔗糖酶活性确定无机肥的适宜用量、指导合理施肥是可行的。
A current,rotational,and combinational design of quadratic regression with 3 factors was carried out to study the functional relationship between different amounts of N,P,K and sucrase activity in cotton field soil.The results showed that their correlation was simulated by the established functional model basically.The sucrase activity can be used to determine suitable amounts of N,P and K and to quide applying fertilizer rationally.
