锥腹肖蛸体躯不同部位三种同工酶的研究

The Study on Three Isozymes in Different Parts of Tetragnatha maxillosa Thorell

应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术研究了雌性锥腹肖蛸（ＴｅｔｒａｇｎａｔｈａｍａｘｉｌｏｓａＴｈｏ－ｒｅｌ）体躯不同部位的酯酶同工酶、过氧化物酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶。结果表明，这三种同工酶在锥腹肖蛸体躯不同部位均有显著差异。酯酶同工酶主要存在于头胸部和腹部。过氧化物酶同工酶主要存在于腹部。乳酸脱氢酶同工酶主要存在于头胸部。

lt was studied with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis that Esterase (Est) isozyme, Peroxidase (Pop) isozyme and Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isozyme in cheliceras, legs, residual prosomas and opisthomas of Tetragnatha maxillosa Thorell. The results showed that the three isozymes had remarkable variance in different parts of the spider respectively. Est isozyme was mainly located in the residual prosoma opisthomas; Pop isozyme existed ehiefly in the opisthomas; LDH isozyme was primarily in the residual prosomas.
