摘要
在低温(8℃)和适温(28℃)下,采用贫营养型和富营养型培养基,从本所油菜根系土壤中分离得到64个菌株。经纯化,选出15个菌株作盆栽接种试验。结果表明,只有低温下(8℃)分离的R-8-6-1和P-8-4-2两菌株能促进油菜生长,表现在不同程度上增加植株干重和全氮、全磷、全钾的含量。这一结果揭示了促进油菜生长的根际细菌及其利用的可能性。
Under the low temperature (8℃)and suitable temperature(28℃),the poor mediumand rich medium were adopted,64 strains were isolated from soil in rape root system of our institute.After puring,15 strains were elected and used inoculation on basin culture experiment.The result showed only R-8-6-1 and P-8-4-2 could promot growth of and incresed dry weight of plant and content of total N,total P and total K under low temperature(8℃)isoloting.This result revealed that it was capable of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria used on oilseed rape.
