籼型核不育两用系W91607S的选育与利用

Selection and utilization of indica rice genic sterile dual-purpose line W91607

以Ｗ６１５４Ｓ为母本，Ｃｐ—ＳＬＯ１７为父本于１９８８年杂交配组，在后代中经定向选择，于１９９１年育成Ｗ９１６０７Ｓ，１９９４年通过湖北省科委的技术鉴定。Ｗ９１６０７Ｓ在武汉自然条件下７月２５日至９月１０日抽穗为稳定不育期，花粉和小穗自交不育度均在９９．５％以上。１０００株以上群体遗传性稳定，花粉不育度９９．９９％，小穗自交不育度９９．８８％。在育性对温度的敏感期进行日平均温度２４℃、光照１４ｈ处理，花粉平均不育度９７．８％，小穗自交平均不育度９９．１％，在武汉自然条件下，９月１３日以后抽穗为可育期，但可育度较低，花粉和自交可育度２％～６％。在海南陵水３月初抽穗，自然结实率２８％～６６％。在武汉播始历期１０３ｄ（３月２５日播）～８２ｄ（６月２０日播），主茎叶片数１６．２～１４．０片，属长江流域的中籼型品种。株高９４ｃｍ左右，穗长２６．５ｃｍ左右，每穗总粒数１４０～１５０粒。开花顺畅，花时集中，柱头外露率３０．２２％～４８．６２％。配合力较强。

A hybridization was conducted between W6154S(as maternal plant )and CP-SLO 17(as paternal plant) in 1988,W91607S was developed in 1991 by means of directive se-lection in their offsprings.It get through the technique identification made by Hubei Scientific and Technique Commission. Under natural conditions ,the period from July 25 to September10 is the sterile stable stage of W91607S ,its pollen and spikelet-self sterility being over 99.5%. Its traits were stable in more than 1000 plants population field, the pollen and pikelet sterilities being 99.99%and 99.88%respectively. During its fertile sensitive stage to temperature ,it was treated under 24℃(daily mean temperature)and 14 h light condi-tions , the average pollen and spikelet-self sterilities were 97.8%and 99.1%respectively. Heading after September 13 is the fertile period at Wuhan , but its fertilities were relatively low ,pollen and spikelet-self fertilities ranging from 2%to 6%. Heading in early March in Lingshui county of Hainan,its natural seed sets were 28%～66%. Days from seeding to head-ing at Wuhan ranged from 103(seeding on March 25)to 82(seeding on June 20),leaves on main stem from 16.2 to14.0.It belongs to an ecotype of medium indica,W91607S has about 94 cm of plant height,about 26.5cm of panicle length and 140～ 150 grains per panicle.Flowering unhinders and flowering time is more collective. Stigma emergency ranges from 30.22%to48.62%。 It also has a higher combining ability.
