摘要
粳型光敏核不育系N5088S具有不育性稳定、育性转换明显、开花习性好、繁殖制种产量高、配组优势强、中抗稻瘟病和白叶枯病、米质优等特点。用它与恢复系R9-1、R183、R187、1514、云恢11号配制的系列组合在生产上累计种植1.8万hm2,增产粮食约1300万kg,增加产值约2000万元。种子生产、杂种栽培配套技术成熟,在我国粳稻地区有良好的应用和开发前景。标志着我国两系法杂交粳稻在生产上应用获得成功。
Japonica photoperiod sensitive genic sterile line N5088S was bred throughmultiple generation successive selection which is used HPGMR Nongken 58S as donor andhybridized with the medium semi-glutionous rice Nonghu 26 in 1981.It is shown:Sterility isstable,fertility transformation is significant,flowering habit is good,yield of reproductionand seed-making is high;vigor of combining ability is strong,resistance to blast and bacteri-al-blight of rice is middle,and grain qulity is well and etc.A series of combination which isjoining with restoring line R9-1,R183,R187,1514,Yunghui 11,has released 18000hm2,grainoutput is increased 13 million kg,output value is increased about 20 million yuan,Seed-pro-duction and culture techniques of hybrid is ripe;and there are good prospect of applicationand exploit in our Japonica rice arear.This is signed that two-line hybrid Japonica rice hasachieved great success in our country.
