点腺过路黄的水培繁殖试验

Test on water culture propagation of Lysimachia hemseleyana Max.

以点腺过路黄的嫩枝梢为材料，利用不同的处理液进行水培生根试验。结果表明：以带叶４～６片、长约１０ｃｍ的嫩茎梢为材料，以叶着生的茎节处插入用凉开水配成的ＮＡＡ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ的水溶液中进行水培，处理材料２ｄ后，处理液去掉ＮＡＡ而换成纯凉开水进行培养，每２ｄ换水一次，材料易于生根，水培１０ｄ左右，即可移栽入钵。

In the tests carried out by authors,tender shoots of Lysimachia hemseleyana were cultured in the different culture solutions.The results are as followes:The tender shoots about 10 cm in length with 4 to 6 leaves were taken as the test materials.The parts of thelr nodes were inserted into the culture solution Which contained 0.1mg/L NAA and were made of the cool boiled water.After they were cultured for 2 days,the treatment liquid was changed into pure cool boiled water and the water was changed at intervals of 2 days,The materials were taken roots easily.After cultured about 10 days,the shoots might be trans- planted in flower pots.
