秋水仙素诱导辣椒染色体结构变异初探

Preliminary study on induction of chromosomal structure variation in pepper by treatment colchicine

用改良ＡＥＧ－显带程序比较了辣椒品种华椒１７及其用秋水仙素处理后的诱变后代株系Ｍ－Ⅲ的Ｇ－显带核型。结果：诱变株系Ｍ－Ⅲ部分染色体在臂长、臂比、着丝粒位置等方面产生了明显的变异。这表明秋水仙素能诱导辣椒染色体结构变异。

Using G-banding procedure of improved AEG method,the G-banded kary-otypes of cultivar Huajiao 17 and strain M-Ⅲ in pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)were com-pared.M-Ⅲ was a strain from third selected plant in M2 of Huajiao 17 by treatmentcolchicinc.There were obvious variation on some chromosomes in arm length,arm ratio aswell as position of centromere between Huajiao 17 and M-Ⅲ.This showed that colchicinecan induce chromosomal structure variation in pepper.
