Treating Periarthritis of Shoulder with Liquid Soft Tissue Loosening Operation

采用液体软组织松解术治疗肩周炎１２５例，以１０％的葡萄糖注射液，重点注射松解肩胛区粘连病灶，治疗１～５次后，治愈１１０例（８８．００％）；显效９例（７．２０％）；总有效率为９７．６０％。治愈后半年到一年随访２０例，未见复发，说明远期疗效稳定。

The liquid soft tissue loosening operations were performed to treat periarthritis of shoulder.After we injected 10%dextrose injection into affected parts of scapula region of 125 patients for 1～5times,110 of them were cured.The cure rate reached 88%;and the generally effective rate was 97.6%,One year later,we visited every cured patient,and none of the had a relapse.It suggests that this treating method has good and stable effect.
