摘要
对５０例支气管哮喘患者，用放射免疫分析测定了血清ＦＴ３、ＦＴ４的水平。发现ＦＴ３基本正常，ＦＴ４明显增高，ＦＴ３、ＦＴ４的变化与支气管哮喘的分型和特异性皮试阳性程度无相关性。提出支气管哮喘也可出现甲状腺激素水平异常。
The serum level of FT3 and FT4 was determined by radioimmunoassy in 50 asthmatic patients.The results showed that the serum level of FT3 was basically normal,but the serum level of FT4 increased significantly.The change of serum level of FT3 and FT4 was not related to the division of asthma and the positive reaction to the specific skin test.These findings suggest that there can be the abnormality of thyroid hormones in asthmatic patients.
