动脉血气标本和常规静脉血标本钾离子测定值的对比分析

Synchronic Serum Potassium Ion Result Comparison of the Arterial Blood-gas Sample and the Routine Venous Sample

用ＩＳ－１００型钾、钠、氯自动分析仪测定３３例呼吸科病人的动脉血气标本血清钾值（Ｋ＋Ａ２）和常规静脉血标本血清钾值（Ｋ＋Ｖ）．结果表明：Ｋ＋Ａ：为３．６７±０．８８ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ（２．６０～６．００ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ），Ｋ＋Ｖ为４．２５±１．０５ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ（２．７９～７．８１ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ）。两者差异有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）．两者相关系数为０．７４，直线回归方程为Ｋ＋Ｖ＝０．８５×ｘＫ＋Ａ２＋１．１４（ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ）。作动脉血气分析时，利用Ｋ＋Ａ２推算Ｋ＋Ｖ，可较准确地判断有无血钾异常。

patients'synchronic serum potassium ion result of the arterial blood-gas sample(K+A2) and the routine venous sample (K+V) measured by IS 100 K+、Na+、Cl-analyzer show:K+A2 3.6±0.88 mmol/L(2.60￣6.00 mmol/L),K+V 4.25±1.05mmol/L(2.79￣7.81mmol/L),their difference significance test(t test),P<0.01.The coefficient of correlation(r) is 0.74.(P<0.01).The linear regression formula is K+V=0.85×K+A2+1.14(mmol/L).According to K+A2 and this formula,we may use the arterial blood-gas sample to evaluate the patients,venous potassium ion level.It is a way to reduce the patients,spending and pain.
