人工流产无痛术的探讨

Studies on Painless Artifical Abortion

我院于１９９２年２月～１９９４年２月对２００例人工流产受试者使用不同的镇痛方法进行对比观察，观察组使用消炎痛药片口服加２％利多卡因溶液宫颈粘膜表面麻醉，有效率为９６％，对照组单纯口服消炎痛药片，有效率为７４％，两组对比有显著差异，两组均无药物不良反应。

Different analgesic techniques were compared among 200 artifical abortion women from the Feb.1992 to the Feb.1994 in our hospital.The experimental group accepted 2% lidocaine by the way of cervical mucosa surface anesthesia and oral antinfan tablet,of which the effective rate of analgesia was 96%,and the ineffective rate was 4%;The control group only accepted oral antinfan tablet,of which the effective rate of analgesia was 74%,and the ineffective rate was 26%.The comparison between the two groups showed significant difference,and both had no adverse reaction.
