摘要
描述了蔬菜、麦粉中乙基异柳磷和水胺硫磷残留量同时测定的操作程序。直接加入混合吸附剂于提取液中进行净化，使操作简化。用气相色谱法火焰光度检测器检测，回收率达８９％～１０６％，检测限水胺硫磷为４．０×１０－１１ｇ·ｓ－１，乙基异柳磷为３．８×１０－１１ｇ·ｓ－１。
A gas-liquid chromatographic procedure is described for determining of residues of Isofenphos and Optunal in wheat and vegetable.The extract of the plant tissue is purified by addition of mixed absorbent,so that the procedure was simlified.Measurement is accomplished by gas-liquid chromatography using flame photometric detection. Recovery is 89%￣106%,Detection limits of Isofenphos and Optunal are 3. 8-×10-11g·s-1 and 4.0×10-11g·s-1respectively.
