摘要
收集了高尿酸血症及痛风发作患者共３１２例，分析了两者之间的关系及影响痛风发作的因素。作者认为痛风发作除与血尿酸浓度高低有密切关系外，还受患者年龄、工作性质、伴发疾病等诸因素影响，且与血容量及季节有关。高尿酸性肾脏疾病临床表现形式多样，应予以重视。对高尿酸血症及痛风的预防作了初步探讨。
The author collected 312 cases of hyper-uricacidemia as well as gout.The emphasis was put on the relationship between hyper-uricacidemia and gout.The article discussed the factors which induce the gout.Apart from uric acid in blood,other factors such as ages.occupation and associated diseases are also relaed to gout.Meanwhile,blood volume.Various seasons will affect gout.There are many clinic signs for hyper-uricacidemia kindey diseases.The doctors should pay attentions to them.In addition,it provides several methods to prevent this disease.
