我国8大城市交通警察1981～1990年死亡回顾性调查分析

Restrospective Analysis on the Death of Traffic Policemen in Eight Metropolitans Cities of China During 1981～1990

对８城市１９８１～１９９０年期间内男性交通警察的死亡情况作了整群抽样回顾性调查。按ＩＣＤ－９疾病和死因分类法分析了死因、死亡危险度及减寿情况，发现其死因顺位、死亡年龄等具有明显的职业特点。提示可能有职业危害因素的存在。

The paper presents a restrospective survey on the survival conditions of traffic policemen during 1981～1990 by cluster sampling.In the paper the cause of death, the risk of death and potential years of life lost(PYLL)have been analyzed according to ICD-9. The results of analysis indicate that the ranked causes and the age of death are of obviously-professional features, which suggest that there might be harmful factors in profession.
