Primary Meningeal Melanoma with Huge Skin Pigmented Nervs(A Case Report with a Review of Document)

报告１例罕见的原发性脑膜黑色素瘤伴皮肤巨大色素痣，并对该瘤进行了组织病理学观察，同时也对该病的临床病理诊断与鉴别诊断进行了讨论。

A case of primary memingeal melanoma with huge skin pigmented nerves is reported.Primary meningeal melanoma is a rare disease.According to its clinical common and light microscopic features,the cause for clinical misdiagnosis,the pathological and differential diagonosis are disscused in the report.
