摘要
体外反搏是治疗心血管疾病的一种方法，近年来试用治疗突发性耳聋（突聋）．本文应用血管扩张剂及血管扩张剂加体外反搏之方法治疗１２６只突聋患者，其结果显示：突聋患者之听力提高ｄＢ数，耳聋的治愈率，显效率及耳鸣的治愈率、显效率均为血管扩张剂加体外反搏组明显高于单纯血管扩张剂组．其机理为体外反搏能够补偿血管扩张剂所致内耳微循环灌注量减少及提高心舒张期之内耳血流量，以致达到有效治疗之目的．
The external counterpulsation is the method of treating cardiovascular disease.In recently years,it has been tried to treat stidden deafness.126 ears of sudden deafness were treated by both vasodilator and vasodilator and exteral cotinterpulsation.The result shows:the rise of heaing,full recovery rate and effective rate of sudden deafness in vasodilator are about 17.3 dB HL,39.0%and 24.4% respectively,while 29.4 dB HL,50.0%and 34.6%in vasodilator and external counterpulsation.The full recovey rate and effective rate of tinnus invasodilator are about 20.0%and 28.6%respectively,while 37.3%,46.9% in vasodilator and external counterpulsation respectively.The statistical test between vasodilator and vasodilator and external counterpulsation is of great significance(P<0.01).It is suggested that external counterpulsation is good coordinate effect on treatment of sudden deafness.
