摘要
卡托普利联合消心痛治疗老年充血性心力衰竭（ＣＨＦ），共观察老年ＣＨＦ患者１１２例，对照组３０例．治疗组给予卡托普利和消心痛，对照组给予地戈辛及双氢克尿噻（ＤＨＣＴ）．结果显示本组１１２例两年病死享有明显降低．本文还对联合用药的机理进行了初步探讨．
A clinical evaluatiOn is reported on treating of 112 old congestive heart failure(CHF)with captopril and isosorbide,on the basis of observation of patients and 30 normal subjects.The group of patients treated with captopril and isosorbide, and the control subjects treated with digoxin and DHCT,The resuIt shows that the mortality of 112 old CHF in two years is significantly lower.Mechat1ism of medicine effects is studied.
