摘要
对１５０例椎管内肿瘤进行临床病理与预后的分析，男性８２例，女性６８例．病人的症状和体征是不同的．脊髓外肿瘤１１６例（７７．３３％），脊髓内肿瘤３４例（２２．６７％）．１１０例作了肿瘤全切除，４０例作了大部分或部分切除．病理组织学分类与预后有密切关系，经随访证实：不论良性或恶性肿瘤，全部切除者预后好，大部分或部分切除者预后较差．
An analysis of 150 cases of intrapina1 tumors (82 males and 68 femals)show that they are different in symptoms and signs.116 of them had extramedullary tumors(74.6%),and 34 of them had intramedullaty tumor(25.4%).Behigh were 125 and malignant were 25 cases.A follo-up indicates that the patients with removal of their tumors had a good pronosis and those with complete partial removal of their tumors had a poor one whether their tumors were benign or malignant.
