摘要
本文综述了20多年来切花保鲜剂的研究概况。全文分3个部分,首先介绍了保鲜剂的种类,即预处液、催花液和瓶插波;然后讨论了组成保鲜剂配方的各种成分,包括糖、杀菌剂、无机盐、有机酸、维生素、乙烯抑制剂和拮抗剂以及植物生长调节物质;最后介绍了香石竹、月季、菊花、唐菖蒲和非洲菊等20种切花的保鲜剂配方。
The research concerning cut flower preservatives in the past more than twenty years was reviewed. According to the use method and purpose, cut flower preservatives can be classified into three kinds, i. e. preconditioning solution, bud-opening solution and holding solution. Ingredients used in preservative formulas, including sugars, germicides, mineral salts, organic acids, vitamins, ethylene inhibitors and antago-nists, and plant growth regulators, were discussed. At last, the preser-vative formulas reported previously of 20 species of cut flowers ( car-nation, rose, chrysanthemum, gladiolus, and gerbera etc. ) were listed.
