基于亲脂杯状芳烃Calix[6]arene的多巴胺选择性光极膜的研究

摘要 将亲脂杯状芳烃、氢离子敏感生色离子载体与阴离子定域体一同结合于增塑的PVC膜中,发展了一种对多巴胺敏感的光极膜。 A membrane for optically sensing dopamine based on plasticized poly (vinyl chloride)(PVC) containing a lipophilic hexaester of calix [6] arene, a hydrogen ion sensitive chromoionophore,and lipophilic anionic sites has been developed. This optrode membrane shows a high selectivity todopamine over the other catecholamines, such as adrenaline and noradrenaline. At pH 8.0, the absorb-Manuscript received on June 29, 1994 Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Chinese National Educational Committec Science Foundatian for Excellent Young Teachersance response shows a good correlat ion with the theoretically derived formula the measuring rangefrom 1×100 ̄(-5) to 1×10 ̄(-2)mol/L dopamine. Response behavior, reproducibility and lifetime of the optrodemembrane are discussed.
