摘要
采用微扰理论,考虑外场引起激子态的混合和偶极算子的改变,推导出了电场调制光吸收(EA)谱△α(ω)的的普遍公式;对聚丁二炔(Polydiacetylenes)(PDA’s)中△α(ω)谱在ω>2.35eV的高能区振荡信号的起源作了详细的讨论,这非常有助于理解这类材料的非线性光学特性的微观机理.
Using perturbation theory and considering the mixing of excition statesand the changing of polarizing operator caused by applied field E_m at the same time ,thegeneral formula for electroabsorption △α(ω) is derived. The origin of oscillating signalsin the region ω>2.35eV in △α(ω)for polydiacetylene crystals is discussed in detail. It isvery useful for understanding the mechanism of nonlinear optical characters in these materials.
