桃硬枝插条内源激素(ABA、IAA)含量变化对生根的影响

THE EFFECT OF THE CHANGES OF THE ENDOGENOUS HORMONE'S CONTENTS (ABA AND IAA) IN HARDWOOD CUTTINGS OF PEACH TO ROOTING

对桃硬枝插条于贮藏期间和生根时内源激素的变化进行了研究。结果表明,低温(0—5℃)贮藏期间桃硬枝插条内ABA含量持续下降。在愈伤组织和根原基形成过程中,内源生长素(IAA)含量下降,在根突出前,内源生长素含量上升达高峰,根突出后又下降。在整个生根期间ABA含量持续下降。

Changes in the endogenous hormones in hardwood cuttings of peach during stratification in lower temperature and rooting were studied. Content of endogenous abscisic acid decreases progressively during strati-fication in lower temperature. Content of endogenous auxin decreases markedly in the formation of callus and root primordia,later increases befor root emergence and finally decreases after root emergence. Content of endogenous abscisic acid in cuttings treated with IBA decreases progressively during rooting.
